Foxccon, one of Apple’s biggest supply chain partners, is reportedly considering a new a new $9 billion factory in Saudi Arabia. According to a new report from The Wall Street Journal, the Saudi government is “reviewing an offer” from Foxconn for a “multipurpose facility that could make microchips, electric-vehicle components and other electronics like displays.” The report explains that Foxconn, formally known as Hon Hai Precision Industry, is looking to diversify its manufacturing presence due to “rising tensions between China and the U....

The son of NFL great Deion Sanders, Shedeur Sanders, is the first college athlete to be signed by Beats as a brand ambassador. He also appears in a new video ad by the company. As reported by People magazine, this partnership comes after the NCAA decided that student athletes can now earn money from their name, image, and likeness. Shedeur calls his partnership with Beats “real” and “organic” as he grew up using Beats’ headphone products....

macOS Monterey has now hit beta 8. As we move toward a fall release, the big feature we haven’t seen fully available to test is Universal Control. Time will tell, but we could see Apple initially ship Monterey to the public without the feature. Battlefield V’s new Mercury map has been revealed, alongside the new weapons that will be rolling out as part of the game’s planned updates in the near future. Battlefield V recently released Firestorm, its take on the battle royale genre, and the multiplayer mode has managed to generate a little more interest in a title that has been plagued by critical failures in content rollout and mode implementation. The zombie infested worlds of The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead will finally cross over. AMC has continued to see The Walking Dead grow in popularity as it enters its eighth season this fall, so much so that one zombie show was not enough for the network. Back at the beginning of 2015, AMC announced that they would move forward with a companion series to their hit series, bringing Fear the Walking Dead to life in August of 2015....

Just last month, Apple threatened to pull out of the planned development for its flagship retail store in downtown Toronto. The 85-story building called, “The One,” is under construction and in development by Sam Mizrahi. Now, the tech giant is suing the developer in order to terminate its lease. Apple said it is “disappointed” in Mizrahi Developments and is owed $6.9 million in damages for missed deadlines. According to The Globe and Mail in Canada, The One will be the “tallest commercial condo building” in Canada....

Following the official release of iOS 15 on Monday, Apple updated some of its apps available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. This time, iMovie and Clips have been updated with support for ProRes videos, ProRAW images, Cinematic Mode, and more. iMovie One of the new features of the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max is support for the ProRes video codec, which is widely used by professionals in the film industry....

The Arrowverse Elseworlds crossover event will address Batman and Gotham City’s history in The CW’s DCTV universe when it airs this December. Both the Caped Crusader and his home turf have been either name-dropped or referenced several times in the Arrowverse already. Arrow nodded to Batman’s existence in the season 7 episode “The Demon” just this past week, whereas Supergirl and The Flash have dropped lines about the troubled city Gotham and its equally unstable vigilante in their characters’ conversations in seasons past....

By and large, the reception to Avengers: Infinity War has been mostly positive. Everyone from hardcore fans to casual moviegoers thought that this was one hell of a ride, albeit one with a rather unexpected ending. After you’ve seen the movie, all that’s left is to try to digest what you have just seen. That’s when you realize something interesting about Infinity War: the best thing about it is also the worst thing about it....

Hawkeye saves the Marvel Cinematic Universe in this fan-made alternate ending for Avengers: Infinity War. One of the biggest questions heading into Infinity War was what role Marvel’s resident sharpshooter would have. Jeremy Renner was completely held out of the marketing, making many wonder where he is. When Infinity War finally hit theaters, Hawkeye was nowhere to be seen, with only a name drop saying he retired explaining his absence. This is supposedly all part of a bigger arc for Clint Barton that continues in Avengers 4, but many still wish he was involved....
