[This is a review of Arrow season 4, episode 10. There will be SPOILERS] - When you stop to consider the various story lines that were running prior to the massive cliffhanger Arrow left fans on before it went on hiatus for the holidays, the manner in which ‘Blood Debts’ conducts itself is far more understandable. It doesn’t necessarily excuse the fact that the reveal of Felicity’s fate didn’t ultimately land with the sort of impact something of that nature typically would, but from the standpoint of getting the audience back into the bulk of the season’s storylines and opening the door for the ramifications of Felicity’s paralysis to be explored more gradually, it has a sort of graceful TV logic to it....

Apple will open at least two new retail stores in Seoul, South Korea, in the near future, as the company is now hiring more employees for another location in the country. As first spotted by Michael Steeber in his Tabletops newsletter, there’s another store planned for eastern Seoul as Apple has positions listed under the location “Seoul East – KR.” This news comes a week after Apple also started to hire employees for new retail store in Greater London, as the company is finally planning new retail after eight years since the last one opened in the United Kingdom....

Apple is planning to hold its first event of 2022 as soon as early March, according to a new report from Bloomberg. The report says that Apple is currently “targeting a date on or near March 8” for the virtual event, which will focus on a new iPhone SE 3, an updated iPad Air 5, and the release of iOS 15.4. The report also says that Apple is “planning a new Mac with Apple-designed chips” that “could also come as early as March....

A day after launching for developers, the first macOS 12.2 beta is now available for those in the public beta program. The update features a new native Apple Music app with faster search and scrolling, and a fix for scrolling in Safari with ProMotion on MacBook Pro. There’s slow-burn horror and then there’s AMC’s new series The Terror, which makes the most of its chilly, sinister atmosphere to deliver a tense tale of survival in extreme conditions. The series, an adaptation of the novel of the same name from author Dan Simmons, is a fictionalized account of the doomed mid-19th century arctic expedition carried out by the HMS Erebus and HMS Terror, seems to anticipate a flurry of questions from the audience unfamiliar with either the actual expedition or the novel, and as such leaves things tantalizingly ambiguous early on....

In comparison to other franchises, the DC Extended Universe is much younger than most. It officially began back in 2013 with Man of Steel, but this was the year that Warner Bros. and DC Films fully began to push the universe forward. André Holland, who starred in Oscar winning film Moonlight, has been cast as the lead in Hulu’s upcoming Stephen King and J.J. Abram’s show Castle Rock. The 10-episode series was announced by Hulu as the newest addition to their original programming in February.
