After years of waiting, tourists and Île-de-France citizens will finally be able to use public transportation’s Navigo card with Apple Pay on their iPhones and Apple Watches starting 2023. This contract with Île-de-France Mobilités and Apple is valid for five years. Apple’s streaming platform has ordered a new live-action series from the popular MonsterVerse franchise. The idea is to bring an original Godzilla and Titans show produced by Legendary Television to Apple TV+. As reported by Variety, the untitled series will continue the story of MonsterVerse films like 2014’s Godzilla and Kong: Skull Island. To add an ID card to the iPhone, the user will need to go through a few verification steps in order to prevent someone else from stealing their documents. Interestingly, this security verification will use selfies to validate the user. Validation through selfies is not exactly new as some banking apps already require selfies from users to authenticate access on new devices, but this system was all created by Apple using the built-in technologies of the iPhone....

Brie Larson was cast as Carol Danvers a.k.a. Captain Marvel a while ago and as we visited the new offices of Marvel Studios we saw concept art of the character’s live-action costume. Similar art has been shared officially by Disney and Marvel Studios since then so it seemed rather obvious she’d show up and at least be introduced in Avengers: Infinity War. All-New Wolverine’s sister/clone Gabby finally got her own superhero name this week in the Marvel comics universe: Honey Badger. Gabby has become a major part of the ‘All-New Wolverine’ series, as the sister-clone and ward of Laura/X-23. She and their pet Wolverine (a gift from Marvel’s Squirrel Girl) have become an inseparable team, both with the same healing factor and even with claws.
