Britain’s Love Island, a Big Brother-esque competition dating show, has already spread to many countries including Australia, Denmark, Finland, and Norway, and is now taking on America. The UK’s version of Love Island premiered in 2016 and airs six nights a week on ITV2....
A cast list for Ant-Man and The Wasp teases plenty of flashbacks for the main characters. Marvel Studios is nearing the release of their 20th film, but it’s largely taken the backseat thanks to a great 2018. With Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War breaking box office records to start the year, expectations are much lower when it comes to the sequel to Ant-Man. A few weeks ago, Apple announced it would integrate Apple Business Essentials with Google Workspace. Now, the Cupertino company has offered new details into how the Google Workspace integration will work within Apple Business Manager. Announced in November of last year, Apple Business Essentials is a subscription service for small businesses in the US. The service combines device management, 24/7 support from Apple, iCloud storage, and even AppleCare+. Basically, it’s an easier way to streamline a business’ workflow across all of its Apple devices....
Apple has been fighting with Corellium in the courts since August 2019 after the virtualization company started selling virtual iOS devices to security researchers. Following its first defeat last year, Apple is now dropping the copyright lawsuit against Corellium and its virtualization software. The news was first shared by the Washington Post, which claims that both companies have reached an agreement. Although Corellium sent an email to its sales team saying that its virtual iOS devices will remain for sale, the terms of the agreement with Apple are confidential....
A couple of months after lowering the estimated price for most of its products, Apple is dropping once again trade-in value for the iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. This time, iPhone models are also seeing their trade-in value going down, which means you’ll get less when trading in them for a new product by the company. Apple has posted a new video to its YouTube channel today promoting the Apple Watch Series 6. The ad is called “Hello Sunshine” and it focuses on the Apple Watch’s suite of health features, including the Blood Oxygen app, workout tracking, and more. The new ad is 90 seconds long and set to the song Cuore Matto (Planet Funk Remix) by Little Tony. “With features like fall detection, the Blood Oxygen app and workout tracking, the future of health is on your wrist,” Apple says....
When Apple began the transition away from using Intel chips in the Mac in favor of Apple Silicon, it promised that the transition would take two years to complete. Now, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reports that he expects the Apple Silicon transition to be completed by WWDC 2022 in June. In the latest edition of his Power On newsletter, Gurman doubles down on his previous reporting that Apple is planning a new Mac Pro, a more powerful Mac mini, and a large-screened iMac Pro, all powered by Apple Silicon....
Apple on Monday released an update to Boot Camp Utility, the company’s tool that lets Intel Mac users run Windows natively on their Apple computers. Today’s update brings Wi-Fi improvements, as it adds support for the WPA3 standard. For those unfamiliar, WPA3 is a new Wi-Fi protocol that makes the network even more secure against brute-force attacks. The new standard also adds more protection for public Wi-Fi networks, and it works better with IoT (internet of things)....

Unlike previous games in the series, Battlefield V won’t feature any paid expansions (DLC) or a premium battle pass. DICE announced the big news during their official reveal stream on Wednesday to much enthusiasm. This is an effort to push the game’s Tides of War, which is what Electronic Arts is calling the first-person shooter’s ongoing live service, and to keep the community on the same journey. Previous games in the Battlefield series have featured paid downloadable content that added in new weapons, maps, and various other content to the multiplayer....
A recent teaser trailer for Battlefield V may well have revealed some interesting tidbits of information about the upcoming title. Developer DICE took to Twitter to tease the release of the next instalment in the first-person shooter franchise, which is set for release later this year. So far, both DICE and publisher EA have been relatively tight-lipped about the game, but that’s all about to change. As a matter of fact, this week will see the official reveal of Battlefield V as part of a livestream event hosted by The Daily Show’s Trevor Noah....
