After a bank in Peru teased the imminent launch of Apple Pay in the country last week, Apple is now the one saying its own payment service will be launching soon in Argentina and Peru. As you can see on the Latin America page of Apple Pay, the company says the service is available in Costa Rica, and it’s “coming soon to Argentina and Peru.” Over the past year, the company has been expanding its service in the Americas as Costa Rica and Colombia received support for Apple Pay in 2021....
