Everybody knows that Arnold Schwarzenegger is the kind of action star who says something cool, funny, or just straight up mind-boggling either just before he kills a bad guy or just after he kills a bad guy. In the not-so-subtle art of the one-liner, Schwarzenegger is Picasso. So much so that his lines are usually even more satisfying than the actual kills. It can be hard to identify the best of the best from a butt-kicking career spanning nearly fifty years....

Last week, Arrow came through one of the more solid and focused hours of season 5 with, oddly enough, a renewed sense of focus. So far this season the series has been doing its level best to keep things as grounded as possible within the expanding Arrowverse, to keep Green Arrow and his (mostly) non-powered associates dealing with the sort of story lines that best suit them. In a new video, the company touts that Apple One offers you the “best of Apple” in an “all in one” package. The 30-second video gives a rundown of each service included in Apple One. For instance, it highlights that Apple Arcade offers you over 200 ad-free games, Apple TV+ has some of the world’s biggest stars, and Apple Fitness+ gives you workouts across every category....

Apple’s dependence on China has been a recurring concern, with trade wars, COVID-19-related supply constraints, and human rights abuses all being highlighted at different times. One of the most beloved film franchises in world history, Star Wars has returned to record-setting critical and commercial success with The Force Awakens. In late 2014, Warner Bros. proudly announced a slate of upcoming movies all set in the freshly minted DC Extended Universe. The shared universe line-up was conspicuously modeled after the franchise structure that had already brought Disney so much success in the form of the Marvel Cinematic Universe: a collection of solo movies about DC’s most famous superheroes, periodically culminating in an all-star Justice League team-up. Arrow star Stephen Amell plans on celebrating each episode of the hit CW show’s eighth and final season, and he started with an Instagram video honoring the first. Arrow premiered back in 2012, and quickly established itself as a new and interesting take on a superhero drama. The marketing campaign for 20th Century Fox and Ubisoft Motion Pictures’ Assassin’s Creed continues to pick up speed, ahead of the film’s release. Based on Ubisoft’s video game property of the same name (first published in 2007), the studios behind the film are attempting to attract not only longtime Assassin’s Creed fans, but also those less familiar with the franchise, by releasing multiple flashy theatrical trailers and informative behind the scenes videos....

Avengers: Endgame almost featured Thanos (Josh Brolin) meeting The Living Tribunal. Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo from a screenplay by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, Avengers 4 not only had to act as a direct sequel to Avengers: Infinity War, it also had to culminate everything that transpired in the Marvel Cinematic Universe up to that point. And since Thanos was the primary bad guy of The Infinity Saga, fans expected him to play a significant role in the movie....

Avengers 4’s title was always going to be Endgame, not Annihilation. Leading up to the start of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Phase 3, it was announced in 2014 that the shared universe’s first saga would conclude with an epic showdown with the Mad Titan Thanos. And the size of the Avengers’ final chapters became obvious when it was revealed it would be a two-part event, with Avengers: Infinity War - Part 1 releasing in May 2018 and Avengers: Infinity War - Part 2 hitting theaters in May 2019....
