There has been a claimed AT&T hack of personal data from 70 million customers, less than a week after a confirmed hack of tens of millions of T-Mobile customer records. In both cases, the data includes social security numbers. Update: The carrier denied in stronger terms that it was hacked. Restore Privacy broke the news. Name Phone number Physical address Email address Social security number Date of birth Even more worryingly, the hacker is working on decrypting data that he believes comprises user accounts’ PINs....

Avengers: Infinity War could have been a very different film had screenwriters Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely followed some of their early story directions. The pair - who wrote all three entries of the Captain America trilogy - were signed on to write the script for the two-part Infinity War in May 2015, drawing inspiration from Jim Starlin’s classic Infinity Gauntlet comic. Of course, typical of Marvel, the adaptation is a loose one, with a lot of big changes to make it fit in the MCU....

With a third Bad Boys movie on the way, the series is growing even more in the form of a TV spinoff titled LA’s Finest. Instead of focusing on Will Smith and Martin Lawrence’s characters, it will center around Gabrielle Union’s character from Bad Boys II, as well as a brand new character in the franchise played by Jessica Alba. In the original Bad Boys franchise, Smith and Lawrence star as Miami detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett, respectively....

Fox has set new release dates for director Drew Goddard’s Bad Times at the El Royale and Joe Wright’s The Woman in the Window. Both Goddard and Wright are going dark with their latest films, with Bad Times serving as Goddard’s long awaited followup to his cult hit horror/comedy debut The Cabin in the Woods. Meanwhile, Wright is coming off directing last year’s WWII drama Darkest Hour, which snagged Oscars for Gary Oldman’s performance and the makeup/hairstyling that transformed him into Winston Churchill....

Kenneth Branagh goes from adapting William Shakespeare’s work to playing the Bard himself in the trailer for his latest film, All is True. The movie, which Branagh also directed, gets its title from the alternate name for Shakespeare’s play Henry VIII. Branagh, of course, has been adapting Shakespeare’s plays to the big screen for nearly three decades, going back to 1989’s Henry V (which he also starred in as King Henry V)....

Others have also replaced him as Ant-Man, including Scott Lang and Eric O’Grady.
