It’s perhaps true that for fans of some of the biggest comic book superheroes, the hardest days are those final handful that lead up to the release of a new movie. In some strange way, the collective anticipation of an upcoming movie gets to near obsessive levels in the final weeks and during this time studios seem only too happy to tease images, TV spots and anything else that keeps the hype at a fever pitch....

Hank Pym has a new vehicle that allows him to navigate the Quantum Realm in Ant-Man & the Wasp. This has been glimpsed in the tripper parts of the movie’s trailers, and we have some exclusive details. The idea of the Quantum Realm was introduced in 2015’s Ant-Man. It was described as “a reality where all concepts of time and space become irrelevant as you shrink for all eternity,” and Hank Pym believed anything that entered the Quantum Realm was destroyed....

With Ant-Man and The Wasp officially in theaters, director Peyton Reed teases that original Ant-Man villain, Yellowjacket, may still be alive. Though the sequel sees Scott Lang team up with The Wasp (Evangeline Lilly) in order to tackle a threat of an entirely different skill-set in Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen), the first film operated as a very traditional origin story by MCU standards, with the titular Ant-Man squaring off against a villain with abilities identical to his own....

Back in June, Apple announced a deal with Major League Soccer to stream all games exclusively via the Apple TV application. While we’re still waiting for more official details on this partnership, a new report from Bloomberg indicates that Apple is “building an advertising network for live television” as part of the MLS deal. When Apple announced its 10-year MLS deal in June, the company explained that customers will need to sign up for a separate subscription to watch the games....

Apple is losing its longtime vice president of procurement, Tony Blevins, according to a new report from Bloomberg. The departure comes after Blevins made “crude remarks” in a TikTok video, which quickly went viral and was brought to Apple’s attention. Blevins is a 22-year veteran of Apple and has worked closely with Tim Cook and other executives to help build Apple’s supply chain into the powerhouse that it is today. All in all, there have been 12 X-Men movies and spinoffs over the last 19 years, with Dark Phoenix expected to be the final film of the Fox era (although the long-delayed New Mutants is scheduled to be released in 2020).
